Kevin is a dedicated, visionary, and versatile real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in property and facilities management, urban and rural valuation, rental assessments, feasibility studies, and property agency. He is responsible for departmental budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, and staff training.
He specializes in the valuation of hotels, shopping malls, and both residential and commercial properties, as well as conducting research and feasibility studies, property management, and handling commercial and residential sales and lettings.
Kevin is a Registered and Licensed Valuer, a Registered Estate Agent, and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), actively practicing in Kenya.
